Linguistic Proficiency
Below are artifacts that showcase some of my linguistic achievements and works. Learning chinese, and languages in general, has allowed me to connect with more people than I ever imagined. I learned the importance of cultural exchange and its permanent impact on one’s life. The language, being so difficult, also taught me the importance of commitment in one’s work and the rewards of perseverance. With chinese being such a growing language with need in the workplace for speakers, I am hopeful to using it in my everyday life. Please click on the images for links to the artifacts!
Preserving Architecture Essay

Health Sciences Proficiency
Below are artifacts that showcase some of my achievements and works pertaining to health sciences. While my specific, desired career has changed in my time at Clemson University, my end goal has remained the same: I am determined to practice medicine! Although anatomy and the biology of humans is what first interested me, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed and excelled in health classes that pertained to global health and even health law. I think every health class I took benefited me and shaped me to become the future doctor I truly want to be. Please click on the images for links to the artifacts!
Annotated Bibliography on Mongolia

Cultural, Literature, and Film Proficiency
Below are artifacts that showcase some of my achievements and works pertaining to chinese culture, literature, and film. As stated previously, I have realized the importance of not only cultural recognition, but also cultural competency. Chinese culture fascinates and resonates with me in a truly unexpected way. Early in my studies at Clemson I took a film class that explored chinese culture and its differences to my own. Later, abroad in Taiwan, I took a chinese literature class that further shaped my view on the importance of cultural exchange and shaped my beliefs into what they are today.
